AFFORD Diaspora Finance (ADF) Ethiopia is looking to hire a consultant to lead the final evaluation of its Innovative and Sustainable Social Change project. The successful applicant will write a report synthesising the project’s achievements, challenges and learning for our own use as well as for our funder, The Pharo Foundation.

The contract will be for 16 working days, with interviews being held on 22 November 2017. Applicants must be based in Ethiopia.
